Can I speak to a doctor when I call?
Due to the high volume of cases that we see, most of the doctors are very busy during the day but are assigned an individual technician each day. If during the day you have a question for your doctor, please leave a message with the technician and they will make sure the message is passed along. The doctor will call you back or relay a message to you as soon as possible. Know that each and every person is important to us and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I get the results of my bloodwork?
You should receive a call from your doctor or a technician regarding your bloodwork results as soon as it becomes available to them. The technicians do not interpret the results however, they only relay messages from the doctor.
How can I decide which doctor I see?
It is important to us that you find the right veterinarian for you. You may request a certain doctor if you wish or see any of our doctor’s on staff. Our receptionists will do their best to accommodate your wishes.
How will I know how much things will cost?
Estimates are typically given in regards to diagnostic workup for a sick animal, specialized hospital care, or any surgery or dental care. If you are not provided with one and would like one, please ask and we will be happy to accommodate you.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit, and Citi Healthcard. Payment is expected at the time of service or discharge from the hospital.
